We’re happy to offer shipping across India to ensure Maayam products reach you safely and on time. Please read the details below for shipping charges, delivery timelines, and Cash on Delivery (COD) terms.

Shipping Charges


Prepaid Orders

  • Orders above ₹2000: Free Shipping

  • Orders between ₹1000 – ₹2000: ₹149

  • Orders below ₹1000: ₹70


Cash on Delivery (COD)


  • Additional ₹50 for COD orders under ₹2000

  • Additional ₹100 for COD orders above ₹2000


Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment.


Partial Payment & COD Terms


  • Partial COD may be enabled for eligible orders.

  • You may choose to pay the full amount online or pay a part in advance and the balance in cash at delivery.

  • An additional COD fee applies to process the balance amount.

  • Advance payment is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery.

  • Once delivered, the order will follow our Return & Refund Policy.


Dispatch & Delivery Timeline


  • Orders are usually dispatched within 48 working hours, excluding Sundays.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the product. Please check the Delivery Details section on the product page.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–10 days.

  • Made-to-order items may take longer, as mentioned in the product listing.


Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on location and courier partner performance.


Delays & Logistics


While we work with reliable courier partners, delays caused by logistics providers or external factors are beyond our control. However, we will assist you with tracking your shipment.


Orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different locations. You will be charged only one shipping fee per order.


Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.


Cash on Delivery Guidelines


  • COD payment must be made at the time of accepting the order.

  • Refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

  • COD may not be available for certain pin codes due to courier limitations.

If you need time-bound delivery, please email us and mention your request during checkout. While we’ll try our best, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines.


Serviceability


Our delivery coverage depends on courier partner reach. If your address is not serviceable, we’ll contact you with alternate options.


Order Cancellation (Shipping Stage)


  • Cancellation requests must be emailed within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Refunds are not applicable for doorstep cancellations or after three failed delivery attempts.
