Shipping Policy

We ship across India so your Maayam order reaches you safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about shipping charges, payment options and delivery timelines.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders of ₹999 and above: FREE shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: flat ₹100 standard delivery charge

The same shipping rule applies to every order, however you choose to pay. The exact charge, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment Options

  • Pay online: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
  • Partial COD available: Pay just 20% online now and the rest in cash on delivery.

Full Cash on Delivery is not available. The 20% advance confirms your order and is non-refundable if the order is refused at the doorstep. Once delivered, your order follows our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Made-to-order and customised items (such as personalised phone charms) take longer to dispatch, as mentioned on the product page.
  • Delivery takes 4–5 days after dispatch.
  • Remote pin codes may occasionally take a little longer, depending on the courier partner.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we send the tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp and email. You can also view your orders anytime by logging in to My Account, or visit our Track Your Order page.

Delays & Logistics

We work with reliable courier partners, but delays caused by weather, strikes or courier network issues are beyond our control. If your order is running late, message us and we will follow up with the courier for you.

Larger orders may occasionally ship in more than one package. You are only ever charged one shipping fee per order.

Serviceability

Delivery coverage depends on our courier partners' reach. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you with alternate options or a full refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled by emailing us within 6 hours of placing them.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Refunds do not apply to orders refused at delivery or returned after three failed delivery attempts.
