Circle

Take the temple-blessed mustard mix and circle it over each family member's head — the traditional heart of every nazar utarna, drawing the nazar out and into the seeds.

Burn

Burn the mix with camphor. As it crackles, the heaviness it absorbed burns away with it, leaving the air fresh and purified through the space.

Seal

The bay leaf carries your intention and seals a protective boundary around the room, while clove and cinnamon bring back warmth and positive momentum.
